Это было потрясающе! Хочется отметить лояльность и гостеприимность персонала, они создают очень теплую атмосферу с заботой. We booked into the Hansa for a treat for a week with a very good rate via 訂房網站.com. We are on a long term overlanding 訂房網站 by motorcycle and I had sprained an ankle on a sandy road so wanted a base to just be whilst it healed before getting back on my bike. This hotel is so lovely...we felt like members of the family, all the staff are so kind, polite and super helpful. The room and facilities were perfect and the hotel is very central in swakopmund so I could hobble about for my daily exercise and get to the beach or the shops. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Very much a 10 out of 10 experience.

It is not a massively big hotel yet beautiful, with lush garden in the middle and spacious rooms. The service is top notch, the service people pay attention to people staying at the hotel. The manager and porter helped with unlocking my suitcase that had been stuck for a two days and had become a source of stress. I will be back for sure!

The hotel is nice and clean. It is an old hotel with history. When we stayed here we felt like we moved 50 years ago which was cool. Breakfast is also good and personal is very attentive.
